I write fiction of many and overlapping types: short-form and long-form, serial and non-serial, fanfic and original fic, sci-fi, fantasy, mystery, alternate history. Et cetera.

The blog promotes my fiction writing and dispenses research-backed writing advice for many types of writing, not just fiction. I take over a decade of researching and teaching writing at the college level and fling it from the battlements of the ivory tower, crying, “Be free! Be free!”

I also write and edit technical and professional copy for all kinds of projects, from musical compositions to procedures documents to editorials for an academic STEM Education journal.
